Event Pavilion

Our rustic screened-in pavilion offers a peaceful setting overlooking a pond and only 200 yards from the Brazos River.

Ideal for social and family gatherings, corporate and professional events, micro weddings, outdoor and wellness activities, community and club gatherings, outdoor and adventure events and photo or film shoots.

This small venue can accommodate up to 75 people.

Rental Rates

  • Weekday Events (Monday–Thursday): $400 per event

  • Weekend Events (Friday–Sunday): $650 per event

What’s Included

  • Exclusive use of the pavilion 

  • Up to 8 consecutive hours of rental time, including setup and cleanup

Amenities

  • On-site newly constructed and clean restrooms

  • Pavilion features a kitchenette and refrigerator

  • Grill area available for outdoor cooking

  • Tables and chairs provided for up to 40 guests
